Arrival:
All visitors must be checked-in upon arrival. Safety is vital at our facility. All loads will be inspected. Please read the sign posted at the entrance to ensure compliance. Please remain on solid rock/stone surfaces until you are directed by an attendant.
Bids:
Information can be provided upon request.
Gate:
We maintain a locked gate facility. Please call ahead if you have questions about availability.

8a-5p M-F and/or by appointment
Payment:
Payment is due prior to unloading. Payment terms are cash unless prior arrangements have been made prior to arrival. We are glad to set-up billing accounts for repeat and volume-based customers. Visa/Mastercard accepted. Please call for full payment options.

Safety:
Safety is vital at our facility. Please always maintain a safe speed. Please follow all instructions from attendant.
Trespassing Notice:
The facility is equipped with surveillance equipment. No unauthorized use is allowed.

Inclement weather may close the facility temporarily. Please call ahead if you have questions about availability.
Unapproved non-LCID materials:
Any load that contains unapproved materials will result in additional fees. At a minimum, we charge $100 and disposal fees.
